High Voltage Standard Electric Insulator For Line Transmission Suspension Porcelain Insulator
Disc-type porcelain insulator is used for insulation and fixed conductor in high-voltage overhead transmission and distribution line. Insulator strings are usually assembled from insulator elements for use on lines of different voltage levels.
The suspended porcelain insulator is made of porcelain. The bonnet and steel foot are made of no less than 525 Portland cement, quartz sand adhesive. Cap and steel foot contact with adhesive surface coated with a thin buffer layer, the top of the steel foot elastic cushion. Porcelain surface generally painted white glaze, brown glaze, according to the need to paint other glazes. Iron cap, steel foot surface all heat zinc. The push-pull elastic locking pin with spherical connection is made of tin bronze, brass, austenitic stainless steel, W type and R type. It has good elasticity and anticorrosion, and is convenient to disassemble and assemble. Groove-connected cylindrical and humpbacked openers, the former surface heat zinc, the latter brass made.
